Enter the world of Enchanted Love
In the Family Fae
Ariel has baby fever, and Rand is just the man to cure it....
When Ariel, fae Queen of the Pillywiggins, encounters a baby, she immediately she wants one. Only catch is, she has to mate with a mortal to create one.
Rand Thayer is a perfect candidate—handsome, healthy, and fertile. Ariel manages to seduce him and conceive, but now she can’t return to the faery world until after the baby is born.
She finds herself staying with Rand as the child growing within her plays havoc with her magic. Rand already has ten sisters and doesn’t want or need another woman in his life, but he finds himself drawn to the intriguing faery.
Maybe Ariel spending more time with this interesting mortal isn’t such a bad thing after all.

It's finally spring in the Rockies! My bleeding hearts have bloomed, the irises are starting to and even the aspens have given in and sprouted light green leaves. I just love the beauty of spring and all the new growth. I haven't seen new fawns yet, but I expect to any day.
Now that I'm vaccinated I have lots of traveling planned for this summer. We just returned from my nephew's wedding in Michigan, which was lovely. He has two children from a previous marriage and she even included them in the vows. I'm going to Carlsbad, just north of San Diego, for July 4th week, then back to Michigan at the end of July for another nephew's wedding. When it rains, it pours, right?
Then, with luck, my friend, Pam McCutcheon and I are finally getting our trip to Ireland. It was scheduled over a year ago, but COVID ended that in a hurry. We've rescheduled for August and are keeping our fingers crossed that Ireland opens up by then. I can't wait to see it.
The Novelists Inc (NINC) Conference is in September in Florida at a resort on the beach. I work on this conference and love it. Not only is the location ideal, but I learn so much that my head explodes by the end.
And, amidst all that, I am writing. Still working on the genie book, but got sidetracked with a short story idea for an upcoming Pikes Peak Writers anthology about dreams. It came to me while we were driving to Michigan. My brains always plots best in the car. I hope to get that written in a week and back to Alexander and Lizzie. I've based Alexander on actor Kyle Schmid from an old TV series, Blood Ties, where he played a vampire. Yummy!
I read two books while traveling. Killman Creek by Rachel Caine, one of my very favorite authors, and Letters by Cinderlight by Jacque Stevens, a young adult novel and a new author to me. I enjoyed both and am looking forward to the next books in each series.
Stay safe, enjoy the summer and keep reading!!
